You say Blue state I say red state.

It’s been just two short months since the re-election of George W. Bush and already the left has been clamoring about conspiracy theories. The one theory they don’t buy of course is the one where the American people said no to their socialist agenda of moral corruption and lies.

 But give the left credit for sticking to their guns. They immediately went on the attack accusing all people from the “Red States” of being ignorant rubes incapable of forming coherent thoughts. They lashed out at the very voters they had been courting for months. They had been making impassioned pleas with them to show how religious they were and now mock that very stand by call them all bible thumping racists. How typical of the left and how sad. They went out of their way to show the rest of us that they were just regular people just like us and now falsely claim their highly intellectual status as being superior because they voted for a communist sympathizer.

 In their search for the real reason they lost they are leaving no imagined stone unturned. First they cried foul in Ohio and realized there was no conspiracy. Then the claimed the president was playing up the Gay Marriage issue, an issue he barely spoke of during the election, as neither did Kerry. Then they blamed the right for “fearing” America to re-elect GWB. Right now they are probably trying to come up with a way to say the president knew the Tsunami was going to happen and just sat there and let it happened to divert attention from the war in Iraq. The left in is this country is paranoid delusion at its best and most primal.

 It should be noted that I do not live in a “Red State” but rather a “Blue” one. I do believe though that if you look at a county map of the election you get a much clearer picture of this whole “Red State” “Blue State” madness. First off it is crazy to assume that the state I live in is a wholly “Blue State”. The last time I checked Michigan had 88 Counties and John Kerry carried only 14 of them. That’s right only 14! And while he carried the 3 most populous counties he also carried 4 very sparsely populated counties. So much for the dumb hicks that voted for Bush. Now if you were to get rid of the union-sheep and the uneducated Detroit vote then Kerry probably only takes 10 counties and loses the state by a couple hundred to three hundred fifty thousand instead of winning it by 150 thousand.

 As a matter of fact if you look at the states he won such as Illinois, Pennsylvania, Oregon and even California only the highly densely populated urban centers helped him carry these states. So in places of high crime and low education Kerry was king. Quite a badge or honor don’t you think? Or in places of high teenage birth rates and taxes he won big. You know that doesn’t sound any better for the left either does it? How about if we phrase it this way, In the land of Union utopia’s, demilitarized zones we call ghettos and rich white liberals wracked with guilt Kerry and the left are unbeatable.

 So the next time you hear a “Blue Stater” complain and say if it wasn’t for my state there would be no finance, art or wealth think again. Does anybody really believe the heart and soul of Michigan is the crime-ridden ghetto that is Detroit? Can anybody really believe that those Looney environmental activists in Seattle are really more in touch with the environment then those who live in rural areas? Does the left actually believe that laziness is the same as disenfranchisement? Does the left actually entertain the notion that morons like Michael Moore and Howard Dean are the way to appeal to the masses?

 The left can bitch and complain all they want, the people of America struck down their liberal elitist rhetoric and handed the president a mandate. Political capital he intends on spending as he said. Just so long as he invokes no more socialistic programs like prescription drug benefits he should be fine and so will the heart and soul of America. This average American is proud to be a “Red Stater” living in occupied lands
